Bonus Terms and Conditions

A bonus is any credit, free spin, cashback, tournament prize or other benefit that we add to your account as part of a promotion. Whenever you opt in to an offer, claim a bonus, or play with bonus funds, these terms apply to you.

Each promotion also carries its own terms, which are shown with the offer and in the promotions area of your account. Where the terms of an individual offer say something different from this page, the terms of that offer apply to that offer only. Where a point is not covered either here or in the offer, our general Terms and Conditions apply.

• These terms apply to every player who holds a registered account with us.
• Go through the terms of an offer before you opt in, as conditions differ from one promotion to the next.
• Taking part in a promotion is always optional; you can play with your own funds instead.
• We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts before any bonus winnings are paid out.

Promotions are open only to players aged 18 or over who hold a single, verified account with us, who are resident in a country where we accept registrations, and whose account is not closed, suspended or self-excluded.

1. Open the promotions area of your account, or the offer message we have sent you.
2. Go through the terms shown with the offer, including the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement and any time limit.
3. Opt in where the offer asks you to, or enter the bonus code exactly as it is shown, before you deposit.
4. Make the qualifying deposit or place the qualifying bet described in the offer.
5. Check your balance: bonus funds or free spins are added automatically once the conditions have been met.

If you deposit without opting in, or without entering the code where one is required, the bonus cannot be added to that deposit afterwards. Some payment methods are excluded from promotions; the methods that qualify are shown in the cashier at the time you deposit.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement: the total amount you need to stake before bonus funds, or winnings made from them, can be withdrawn. The size of the requirement, and whether it applies to the bonus alone or to the bonus together with the qualifying deposit, is set out in the terms of each offer and tracked in your account as you play.

Games contribute to wagering at different rates. Slots normally contribute in full, while table games, live dealer games and video poker contribute at a lower rate or do not contribute at all. The contribution rates and any excluded games are listed in the terms of the offer you have claimed.

Bets placed before a bonus was credited, bets on excluded games, and bets that are cancelled, voided or covered on both sides of the same event do not count towards wagering.

While bonus funds or free spin winnings are still subject to wagering, the following conditions apply to your play:

• A maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies, as stated in the terms of the offer.
• A cap may apply to the amount that can be converted from a bonus to withdrawable funds.
• Certain games are excluded, and bonus funds cannot be used on them; the list is shown with the offer.
• Bonus-buy or feature-purchase options are not available while a bonus is active.
• Only one account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method may claim an offer.
• Bonus funds are played before your own deposited funds unless the offer states otherwise.

If you request a withdrawal while wagering is still outstanding, the bonus and anything won from it are removed from your balance before the withdrawal is processed. Your own deposited funds are never affected by this and remain available to withdraw at any time.

Every bonus has a life. The period in which a bonus must be used, and the wagering completed, is shown with the offer and begins when the bonus is credited to your account.

• Free spins must be played within the period stated; unplayed spins are removed once it ends.
• Winnings from free spins are normally credited as bonus funds and remain subject to wagering.
• Any bonus funds and associated winnings still outstanding when the period ends are removed from your balance.
• Once wagering is complete, the balance moves to your withdrawable funds and can be cashed out as usual.
• You can cancel an active bonus at any time from the promotions area; cancelling removes the bonus and anything won with it.

Before a first withdrawal, and at other points where we are required to do so, we carry out identity and payment verification. Withdrawals of bonus winnings are released once those checks are complete and the conditions of the offer have been met in full.

Promotions are intended for players taking part in good faith. Opening more than one account, acting together with other players, using automated software, exploiting a fault in a game or promotion, or placing low-risk or covering bets purely to clear a wagering requirement are all treated as misuse. Where we see this, we may hold or remove a bonus and any winnings made from it, close the account and withhold further offers. If you disagree with a decision, contact us and it will be looked into.

We may change these bonus terms, amend a promotion or end an offer at any time. Changes are published on this page and take effect for bonuses claimed after they are posted.
